A point of topical interest in this broadcast is that viewers will see a replica of the crown to be worn by King Edward at the Coronation ceremony next year. This is King Edward the Confessor's crown. The King has two other crowns - the Imperial State Crown and the Imperial Crown of India. Other pieces of the regalia, the Queen's diadems, the sceptres, orbs, swords, bracelets, spurs, etc., are just as magnificent.

Ruby Ginner and Irene Mawer are the directors of a London school of dance and drama. Their teaching embodies the Greek ideal of the inseparable association of art with education.
