When Jeremy James Taylor took his children's ballad opera Salomon Pavey to the Edinburgh Fringe in 1976, the National Youth Music Theatre was born. As its director, he has worked on many subsequent productions with composer David Nield , and their partnership has taken them to schools and theatres both in the UK and abroad.
