'Africa has taught me,' says Dr Colin Morris , former President of the Church in Zambia, ' that the Kingdom of God is not for the conventionally good, but for the utterly desperate.'
Questions for discussion after the programme:
1: It is estimated that by the year 2000 there will be more Christians in Africa than in the whole of the rest of the world. Why?
2: The Christian Gospel was first preached to an agricultural community. Does this explain why it seems to strike home to the African people much more effectively than to the industrialised Westerner?
