A Week of Love Stories
Life of Ma Parker by KATHERINE MANSFIELD
1 Whose boy are you? taid old Ma Parker, straightening up from the stove.... And a little voice, so warm, so close, it half stifled her - it seemed to be in her breast under her heart-laughed out, and said, ' I'm Gran's boy! '

A portrait in words and music of Johann Strauss II
(born 25 October 1825) with Elisabeth Bergner
For more than 50 years Johann Strauss , no less than the Emperor Franz Josef , ruled Vienna. He made his debut in 1844 at the age of 18, and was an immediate and lasting success. This programme, in the form of a memoir, recalls the highlights of his career. The memoir is fictitious: the story it tells is true.
