Apart from his famous television series Civilisation, Lord Clark is the author of such varied works as The Gothic Revival, A Catalogue of the Drawings of Leonardo da Vinci at Windsor Castle, Landscape into Art, Piero delta Francesco and The Nude.
This week sees the publication of his autobiography Another Part of the Wood - a self-portrait. In tonight's conversation he talks to BASIL TAYLOR , art historian and critic, about his work, his professional life and some of those who have influenced him.
