Variation on a Theme starring Margaret Lockwood
Though the source of her creation is clear, the rich, thrice-married Rose Fish of Rattigan's play would probably not recognise her kinship with Dumas's tragic heroine in La Dame aux Camellias. Yet both women were beautiful, worldly, and gay, and each was in love with a man much younger than herself.
