Mark Curry and Maggie Philbin welcome the weekend with a screenful of cartoons, pop music, guests and summertime reports from the mobile picture unit. In the studio Paul Weller and Colin Stanier, who is dancing "On Your Toes" in London's West End. Pop-in guest Martin Gore will be telling Maggie about the love songs he's written for Depeche Mode. Cartoon stars include Popeye, Bullwinkle and Godzilla. There are competitions, chart news, videos and lots more.
