S: Signs and Wonders
' There stands one among you whom you do not know.' John the Baptist pointed to an ' incognito ' Christ-' an ordinary man, indistinguishable from his fellows, going on his way from life to death.' But how can this faith be defended from the charge of irrationalism?
DONALD MACKINNON , Norrts-Hulse Professor of Divinity, University of Cambridge, opens the conversation by discussing the attitude of Bultmann, and St. Luke's account of the Crucifixion
