Its present fertile condition is due to families such as the Knights, and the other colonizers of whom May Elliot Hobbs is going to speak this evening. May Elliot Hobbs is an expert on this subject. She collaborated with Professor Scott Watson in the book ' Great Farmers', and is the wife of a famous pedigree - stock breeder, Robert Hobbs of Kelmscott.
