The first ambition of Alma Sheen , who is appearing in this programme of extracts from musical comedies, was to become a pianist, but as she grew older she became interested in singing. She made her first public appearance at the age of six, and at seventeen was one of England's youngest principal girls. Since then she has appeared in cabaret, concert party, revue, and pantomime, and last season toured London and the provinces as Cinderella.
