The International Council of Women is at present holding its jubilee conference in the Assembly Hall, the Mound, Edinburgh. Delegates from Czechoslovakia, Latvia, Norway, Hungary, Switzerland, France, Italy, Roumania, and Sweden assembled there last Monday, an(' tomorrow the session of the jubilee celebration will actually take place. The president of the Council is the Baroness Pol Boel of Belgium and the honorary president that great Scotswoman, Ishbel, Marchioness of Aberdeen and Temair.
