JOHN CAMERON lain Beag Mac Eoghainn (Little John McEwen ) Islay is well represented in tonight's concert. Both Miss Margrat Duncan and Mr. Angus Whyte are natives of the ' green and grassy isle '. Mr. Cameron conies from Ballachulish, and is known throughout Gaeldom as a bard and seanachie. Never a year passes without one of his songs being included in the Mod booklet. He gave over a hundred unpublished airs to the Highland Association, among them being ' In praise of Ben Dorain ', the tune of one of Duncan Ban Maclntyre's best-known songs.
