To mark the Jubilee of the Medical Research Council Science Survey includes four programmes on research at the National Institute for Medical Research 4: Investigating the brain by Wilhelm Feldberg, M.D., F.R.S.
Injection of drugsinto the bloodstream is commonplace. Professor Feldbers describes a new way of investigating the brain and its functions which might make the injection of drugs directly into the brain a practicable procedure.
Professor Feldberg is introduced by the Director of the Institute, Dr. P. B. Medawar, C.B.E., F.R.S.
