The race starts at 7.0 a.m. and is limited to bona-fide civil aircraft entirely constructed in the British Empire which can attain a speed of at least one hundred miles an hour. All the handicap allowances are made at the start at Heston.

The finish is back at Heston again (982 miles) Our commentary will be given at the fourth control point, when competitors are again at Heston.
