Norman Long was one of those fortunate artists selected to appear before their Majesties in the Royal Variety Performance recently broadcast from the Victoria Palace. Listeners will want to make sure of hearing him again this week, when, in company with his smile (which, until television becomes a reality, cannot, unfortunately, be broadcast) he is making a tour of the Stations. The following will be his ports of call:- Monday, Manchester; Tuesday, Newcastle; Wednesday, Belfast; Thursday, Birmingham; Friday, Cardiff; Saturday, Glasgow.
