Movie-Go-Round Goes Twice Nightly
Tonight for the first time the popular film magazine programme (which is approaching its tenth year and its 500th edition) is divided into two parts and goes on the air twice nightly. The First House (5.30-6.0) will concentrate on the Past and the Present; the Second House (9.0-9.30) covers the Present and the Future.
The early show will be geared to the 'Lighter Side of the Film Business' - pop music, comedy and adventure films, and of course star guests.' The late show will be of a more serious nature with the emphasis on the off-beat, ' the new trends' and interviews with interesting people from both sides of the camera.
This change of plan will naturally mean the need for more features and ' big names' - and our special team of contributors from the newspaper and entertainment business are always travelling the film studios of the world and out of the way locations, to bring you the most up-to-date coverage from the Movie Industry.
