Bob Dale heard that a house in Exton was available, and he decided to accept Elliot's business offer. Jenny was difficult about it as she was forced to turn down a part in a film to be made in Greece. Mrs. Dale has been puzzled by Bob's behaviour and feels that she never sees him. Sally had a telephone call from the Suffolk police telling her that Stephen Lane had been found drowned. and Richard drove her down to Slaythorpe to identify the body.
