(Repeated on Friday at 11.16 a.m._
Produced by Betty Davies and Eileen Cullen

Mrs. Dale writes:
Dear Jim - he hadn't forgotten about our wedding anniversary after all, and we celebrated it by a family lunch at the Sutherland, with Bob and Gwen. Now Jim plans to leave on a fishing holiday on Friday and, frankly, it will be a relief to me because Virginia Lodge is chaos at the moment - Miriam has started on her 'Number One Housewife' article and the kitchen is full of gadgets and demonstrators. I'm rather intrigued by recent developments at 'Stephanie' - Rosa Monteith is leaving to set up on her own, and she's very annoyed because Martin Harvill, instead of going with her, has decided to stay with Sally. Jenny's home now, I'm glad to say — Bob's always so lonely when she's away.
