Mrs. Dale, the doctor's wife. records the daily happenings in the life of her family
Script by Jonquil Antony
Repeated on Tuesday at 11.15 a.m.
In Italy, Sally happened to meet an old friend, Raffaele de Faenza. His happiness in his married life underlined for Sally her own discontent. Janet's work was affected by her emotional upset over Peter. Peter asked Mrs. Dale's advice over whether he should leave Parkwood Hill. Mrs. Maggs, overjoyed to find Mr. Odgers had become friendly with Dotty, asked him home to a meal. He would not commit himself to naming a convenient day. Elsie found herself a residential job as hostess at the Shamrock.
