1—' How Do We Go? '
At the International Astronautical Congress held in Rome earlier this year, one of the principal topics of discussion was the unmanned satellite to be launched by the Americans during the International Geophysical Year. As a result, the whole question of space travel has left the realm of fiction and is being seriously discussed by scientists.
The editorial adviser for these four programmes is A. V. Cleaver , a leading rocket engineer. In the first of them, he discusses with Peter Scott the developments which are likely to take place in the foreseeable future.
