Haemophilia is a rare, inherited disease which prevents the blood from normal clotting. It means that the slightest injury can be dangerous and disabling, even fatal. The Society works for the good of these sufferers, of which there are. some 2,000 in this country, and funds are needed for research, education, and welfare.
