Professor HermanofT, a European scientist, and the yount; American engineer, Spike Stranahan, have gone back to the lost planet to rescue 'Dr. Lachlan McKinnon, who stayed behind after the last voyage, facing almost certain death in the icy winter of Herkos, in order to save his friends. Hermanoff's rescue ship is expected to return in about five days.
