5 'Women at Work': a discussion between Dr. Isobel Blain, an industrial psychologist Dame Anne Loughlin; and a managing director of a firm which employs women. Women workers of various kinds give evidence
Questions to be discussed include: Should employers alter working arrangements to make it easier for women to work and, if so, how? Can the community afford to do without the work of married women in industry and agriculture? Would it be bad for family life if married women continued to work in peace time, even if the hours and arrangements make it easy for them?
