The country's power is disappearing at a rapid rate. The best brains in the UK convene to decide a plan of action. Britain's only hope is Raymond Stilt, inventor extraordinaire, and his genius invention: the Glove.

The Glove is a renewable energy generator that is entirely solar powered. But the Glove isn't ready. It needs testing and the only people who can help are Frank, Rose, Carrie and Oscar. Raymond and his Glove are brought back to St Hope's. The spies must protect Raymond, test the generator and find out where all the country's energy is disappearing to. Everyone needs to maintain absolute focus. They need to complete this mission before the power runs out.
