Larry Martin, a professional photographer, is involved in a mystery surrounding the death of his brother Philip, who has supposedly committed suicide. Shortly before he died Philip showed Larry a photograph of a Mr. and Mrs. Sean Reynolds. After Philip's death Larry Martin receives a photograph of his brother in the post. On examining the showcase outside his studio Larry finds that Philip's photograph has been stolen and replaced by the one of Sean Reynolds and his wife.
