One way to remove an old bath is to clout it with a sledge hammer and then throw the bits away. But there's a special technique for carrying a bath away in one piece. Once the old bath is removed, a wash basin has to be fixed to a hollow plaster wall, and a dreadful old lavatory cistern needs attention.
