He shows various types of geraniums, and demonstrates their cultivation and propagation with particular reference to those in window boxes.

Joey the clown, suddenly overcome with the many problems involved in bringing up a child, feels that Corky needs a mother's care. He decides he must marry in order to give Corky a normal life, but to a confirmed bachelor like Joey a decision of this kind gives rise to several serious problems. There are dangers too, such as Big Pete, the boss canvas man, who regards his unmarried sister as a suitable match for Joey.
