This afternoon, by arrangement with the Bristol Aeroplane Company, weather permitting, a Bristol Freighter Aircraft containing a complete transmitting and outside broadcast camera unit, will carry out tests from the air in preparation for tomorrow's large-scale air and ground television outside broadcast from the R.A.F. Station at North Weald.
Peter Dimmock and Charles Gardner accompany the BBC technicians on this test night, and expect to televise some of London and the surrounding countryside from the air.
