In the first of television's Christmas programmes, viewers visit a West-End store to join the crowd of children meeting Santa Claus, looking at the toys, sliding on the chutes, and riding the racers.

A visit to the Empress Hall, Earls Court, to see some ice skating and dancing. There will also be a speed skating match over two miles with Brighton Speed Club challenging the Aldwych Furies, Aces, and Royals.

Viewers return to the West-End store to watch a demonstration of this year's trains.
