Under the direction of John Regan in
"Danses Polovtsiennes"
From the opera "Prince Igor"
The scene is at night in a camp of the Polovtsi on the banks of the river Don

"La Fiancee"

"L'Aventure Drole"
This ballet deals with the troubles of cafe life chiefly caused by la Goulash, the star of the Can-Can troupe. Unaccustomed to cabaret work, she expects to be paid. When money is not forthcoming she walks out with a Hussar, leaving the Impresario and Madame la Patronne stranded. A frantic search produces talent in unexpected places, and after a few fireworks all are reconciled.
