Ken Bruce, Spring Bank Holiday 11.00am
This week Ken Bruce retraces the steps of Robin Hood in a coach and four as part of the BBC's travelling roadshow which is broadcasting from the city of Nottingham. There will be readings from the Robin Hood stories and Ken will be joined by the Sheriff of Nottingham in person. His trip takes in the new sight 'n' sound exhibition in the Robin Hood Centre, as well as Lace Hall where he will be talking to the operator of one of the original Victorian lace-making machines. Ken will also pay a visit to the oldest pub in the country on its 800th anniversary. Why not drop in for the celebrations?
