Boat Race Special The 126th meeting between Oxford and Cambridge Universities. The Dark Blues are going for their fourth successive victory - their longest winning sequence since 1913 - over the famous Putney to Mortlake course. But Cambridge have the edge overall with 68 wins to Oxford's 56.
Another notable landmark is completed by John Snagge who will be commentating on his 50th Boat Race. He is joined by TONY ADAMSON and TOM SUTTON, while BRIAN JOHNSTON mingles with the personalities to capture the unique atmosphere of this Special day in the British sporting calendar. The 41-mile event starts later this year at 4.45.
