Three years ago, flamboyant Irish
Evangelist Leslie Hale suddenly moved from
Belfast to Florida - leaving behind debts of hundreds of thousands of pounds, a trail of rumour and suspicion and an unfulfilled promise to build a 2,000-seat
'Cathedral'. Since then, and in spite of a police investigation, he has refused to give any explanation of what happened to the money, and why he went to America.
Now he has spoken - exclusively to BBC Radio.
Northern Ireland
Correspondent David Capper presents his interview with, and the results of his investigation into the faith and finances of, this charismatic and controversial Ulsterman. Producer blair THOMSON

The last of a series of montage documentaries
The Young Campaigners ... a chocolatey word to describe the texture of biscuit? ... how about yum-yum for the outside and scrunchy for the inside? Tell the client I don want to say 'least expensive'. I want to say 'cheapest'. I do have qualms about bursting into the living rooms of unemployed people and flaunting things they can't afford to buy. Actuality eavesdrops on the young campaigners at the London advertising agency Wight, Collins, Rutherford, Scott.
