Each recipe not only showcases a unique take on her staple spices but delivers a dish sure to soothe the soul.

Meanwhile, Yasmin Khan extols the virtues of the world’s most expensive spice, saffron. Preparing her saffron-infused chicken stew with apricots and prunes from the north of Iran, Yasmin reveals how a simple spice can comfort and connect her to the cuisine of her family’s homeland. Show less
