Keith Floyd visits St Malo in Brittany, France. He visits the large fish market and then goes to a restaurant owned by Jacques Yves Cadiou, where he cooks in the kitchens and eats the prepared food with Jacques Yves and his wife Danielle. He also visits the Le Chalut, where he prepares his favourite dish 'bourride', which is also sampled by the owner. He tours the town of St Malo and then visits an oyster farm at Cancale. He talks to Madame Mindeau of the Chamber of Commerce and goes into L'Armada restaurant kitchen and chats to one of France's famous women chefs. Show less
