Manning Dacey, at one time editor of The Banker. discusses the system of physical controls (e.g. rationing) which up to now have preyentedthough some people say the word is ' disguised '—the runaway inflation that followed World War 1. He will also have something to say on the various prescriptions now being advocated for a return to ' normalcy.'
