The first of these two plays was the winning play at the Welsh Area Final of the British Drama League National Festival of Community Drama.
The second play succeeded in reaching the Western Area Final, held at the Shakespeare Memorial Theatre, Stratford-upon-Avon, but did not manage to win through to the Final Festival in London.
