February 29 appears on the calendar only once in four years, and it would therefore seem right and proper to do honour to the extra day. Leap Year is traditionally ladies' choice and so this programme will be conducted entirely by women. They will present a half-hour revue, touching on such subjects as a girls' school (as it is in actuality and in the imagination of writers of school stories) ; the film star who came home ; the thoughts of amateur actresses ; and a number of similar items all dealt with from a woman's angle. The Compere's place will be taken by a Commere, so that mere man will be completely banished from the studio.
