K.C.S.I., C.B., Lieutenant-Governor ot the Isle of Man, of the TOURIST TROPHIES from the Villa Marina , Isle of Man For half an hour this morning and for an hour this afternoon listeners heard a running commentary on the Senior T.T. Race, and tonight they are to be present as it were at the presentation of the Tourist Trophies by the Lieutenant-Governor of the Isle of Man. 
Sir Montagu Butler was Chancellor of the Nagpur University from 1925 until 1933, when he was appointed to the position he now holds. He entered the Indian Civil Service in 1896 after a brilliant career at Cambridge (he was President of the Union in 1895) and has held many distinguished positions in India. He was Secretary to the Government of India from 1922 to 1924, President of the Council of State in the latter year, and Governor of the Central Provinces from 1925 to 1933.
