City Engineer and Surveyor of Birmingham interviewed by Geoffrey Boumphrey Herbert Manzoni was chief engineer of the Sewers and Rivers Department of the Birmingham Corporation for two years. Then for six years he was Deputy City Surveyor, being appointed to his present position in 1935.
