Ernest Neale , who is secretary of the Nottinghamshire Rural Community Council, introduces this evening W. E. Hopkin , a County Councillor and magistrate. A rambler of fifty years' experience, Mr. Hopkin founded the Eastwood Rambling Club. He earns his living by keeping a boot-and-shoe shop.
