' Electrical Engineering'
A discussion between
P. Sargant Florence and Walter Lewis
Although Walter Lewis was born in Shropshire, he has, except for his war-time service in the Royal Flying Corps, lived in Birmingham for over thirty years.
After being employed in the electrical industry for several years he was appointed district secretary of the Electrical Trades Union in 1903, and is now area secretary. He is a member of the joint industrial council for the electrical-contracting industry, and also a member of the West Midlands Joint Electricity Board.
Walter Lewis , in fact, is particularly well qualified to speak in this discussion.
