E. A. Eden , who gives the first sports talk this evening, was the interviewer in the series ' Midland Football Clubs' last season. He is secretary of Birmingham County Football Association, of which a great many clubs over a large area are members. He has recently been elected one of the members of the Warwickshire, Worcestershire, and Staffordshire Committee under the national physical fitness scheme.
Claude Jephcott , who describes the Villa-Coventry match, has done a good deal of broadcasting about Association football on both the Midland and National wavelengths. He is the old West Bromwich Albion forward whose playing career was ended by an accident just before an international match for which he had been selected. He is now a director of his old club.
