DAVID BRANSON (pianoforte)
This choir was formed thirty-one years ago partly to assist local philanthropic organisations. It has won a number of prizes at Midland festivals under its present conductor, and in April of this year took a first prize at Southport. The present strength of the choir is sixty voices. Several of the original members are still in its ranks.
