A Midland Concert Party in a programme of Sense and Nonsense
This is a new Concert Party, formed by Michael North and Richard Spencer , consisting of eight artists, most of whom are drawn from the Radioptimists, the Regional Revellers, and the Midland Mischief Makers. In addition to being the two pianists (two pianos), Michael North and Richard Spencer will collect material which is to be specially written for ' The Radio Follies'. '. Two series of sketches in view are, ' Improbable Happenings ', and ' In the Country Tonight'.
