WOLVERHAMPTON is known as the town of one hundred industries, and one of its most prosperous is the manufacture of pneumatic tyres. The development of the tyre is a romance, not only of the rubber industry but iof transportation, for upon it depend the comfort and safety of modern travel. A talk by Mr. A. S. Bishop will be given, with incidental process noises relayed from a works at Wolverhampton.
