Major VERNON BROOK
Major Vernon Brook , O.B.E., is a consulting automobile engineer. He has broadcast from Birmingham since 1922, has been a Commentator on every T.T. Race since these races were broadcast, and has given several series of talks on engineering subjects, process of manufacture, bridges, etc. He is the Midland Honorary Secretary of the Road Improvement Association.
