The City and County of Leicester, with over three hundred manufacturers of knitted goods of all descriptions, is the largest centre of production in the world, the trade having been established there for more than two hundred years. The talk tonight is being given by Mr. HERBERT A. BUCKLER (Chairman of the Hosiery Manufacturers' Section of the Leicester and County Chamber of Commerce). Incidental process noises during this talk will be relayed from a works at Loughborough.
