clinical Theology is the title of a recently published book by Dr. Frank Lake , Director, since 1961, of the Clinical Theology Association. centred at Nottingham. The work of this ' Movement.' as it is sometimes called, attempts to combine aspects of ' theological, psychiatric, and psycho-analytical disciplines.'
Inevitably, Clinical Theology Is suspect in many quarters as being neither ' fish, flesh, nor good red herring '; but suspect or no, it has a growing importance for many clergy and lay people.
