The programme includes reconstructions of early experiments. the first known stereo disc, cut in 1932, one of the first 45/45 discs, cut in 1933, a stereo tape recording made in 1944, stereo film sound from "Fantasia" and "How to Marry a Millionaire," the first commercial stereo disc, and excerpts from representative BBC recordings.
